About Me…

I am a Senior Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and I am an integrative relational counsellor.

Talking therapies can help with many life experiences and challenges – from coping with loss and change, or traumatic experiences and events, to dealing with depression and anxiety or managing harmful emotions and behaviours.
